LGO Operating Committee Meetings occur twice yearly at MIT (spring and fall) where the program office and company representatives discuss partnership operations. These meetings provide insight, feedback, coordination, and leadership on program activities. They’re an excellent way for new participants to get acclimated and for all representatives to provide valuable input.
Student engagement opportunities include a reception the evening before and optional coffee chats for companies interested in meeting students while on campus.
We recommend including designated program managers overseeing the partnership and someone from HR, Talent Acquisition, or Recruiting. LGO Alumni are also welcome.
