Purpose
Coffee chat sessions occur throughout the year when company representatives are on campus, particularly during:
- Operating Committee Meetings (spring and fall)
- LGO on-campus full-time hire recruiting (fall)
- Weekly Leadership Seminars (spring and fall)
Partners can also arrange ad hoc on campus and virtual 1:1 meetings or group information sessions. These can be particularly helpful when hosted in connection with:
- Internship project development, interviews, matching (fall and winter)
- Full-time hire recruiting (summer)
- Note LGO students are on internship (most with non-local internships) February through August (“Feb-starts”) and June through December (“June-starts”)
While these sessions are highly valuable to students, their availability can be limited due to class schedules and internships.
LGO Coffee Chat Calendar
The LGO Coffee Chat Calendar displays all sessions in Eastern Time and helps:
- Students track available opportunities
- Partners avoid scheduling conflicts when possible
