- 4:00 PM
- Table tent supplies available at interview locations
- Partners may interview students and extend offers at any time.
- If you plan to extend an offer to an LGO intern, inform them as soon as possible, including all relevant details and timelines.
- International students may need offers earlier in the recruiting season due to visa requirements.
- For accepted offer deadline requirements, refer to Sloan Recruiting Policies & Schedules. New information is posted in early April in each year.
- Visit the VC Recruiting Page for LGO recruiting best practices, offer recommendations, and accepted offer data.
- We encourage partners to leverage available options when making offers to LGO students. One option is providing an incentive for early acceptance (e.g., before early December, the earliest Sloan-determined deadline). This early sign-on bonus cannot be “exploding” – students who don’t accept early remain eligible for the regular signing bonus and all other offer elements.
- The Sloan Career Development Office (CDO) has assured students they won’t be penalized for declining exploding offers from organizations interviewing through their office. Students receive guidance on managing early offer deadlines (which can be viewed here).
- We recommend providing offers to LGO students by mid-November if possible.
- Maintain contact after interviews and be transparent about intentions and offer timelines.
- Follow-up calls from executives and/or LGO alumni after extending an offer are typically well-received!
